SILK BLUE | HUGHES BEGUET

Patrice Béguet of Domaine Hughes-Béguet has just under 5 hectares of vines in Arbois. He is committed to biodynamic viticulture, sowing wild flowers, legumes and native fruits between the vines, and also keeps bees to encourage biodiversity. Fermented with wild yeasts and made with minimal intervention in the cellar, Patrice's wines are always captivating and memorable interpretations of the Jura terroir.

Silk Blue is an intensely aromatic and vivid Poulsard with swirling aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, black pepper and violets. Silky and fresh on the palate with an underlying earthiness and a long finish.
